Short Story Writing Workshops

Learn the basics of writing a short story with Hayfield-based author James Ellson, writer of ‘The Trail’. Starting on Wednesday 3rd February, James will host over 3 consecutive weeks 3 workshops via Zoom (you can still take part even if you cannot attend online at the specific time – see details below).

The series of workshops includes:

• 3 x live Zoom workshops, 40 mins each
• 3 consecutive weeks, starting Wednesday 3rd February at 6.30pm, and
• entry to 1000 word short story competition for the online group with a £25 National Book Token prize for the winner (competition closing date is end March 2021)

If you would like to take part but cannot attend one or all of the Wednesday workshops, Handmade Hayfield can send you the recorded workshop after each one has gone out live so you can take part in your own time and still have free entry to the group competition.
