Orca Family and Seal Limited Edition Screen Print

Hand printed limited edition screen print (paper size is approximately 33cm x 47cm) – as the prints are hand pulled, there are variations with each print making each one unique.

Influenced by the Canadian First Nation’s respect of the orca and the legend of Natsilane, this orca print has been designed with symmetry to illustrate balance and harmony.

In the First Nation’s legend, the people, the orca whale, the great birds and the whole animal kingdom eventually learned to share the land and the waters they called home. To revere an animal like the orca that was once feared is an example of finding harmony where it was thought to be impossible.
