Everything you need to know about postage and collection!

Each product on our website will have one or both of these symbols (pictured) which tell you whether an item is available for pickup at our ‘Collection Point’ in Hayfield, or if it needs postage (or if both options are available). The letter represents delivery and the trolley represents collection.

If you need to add a postage cost, it will tell you in the product description and have a link to add that to your purchase. If you order more than one item from the same seller, and the different items have two different postage costs please just add the highest postage cost to your order (or if you have already added the postage for both/all items, remove the lowest postage costs for that seller).

You will need to add postage for each individual seller (if you are not collecting your items from our Collection Point) and if you wish your items to be sent to a different address than your own, please send a message to the seller (on their shop page) with your order number, the items you have bought from them and the address you would like them to be sent to.

If you want an item to be posted overseas, please contact the seller direct (using the contact form on their shop page) to arrange this after you have purchased your item. The seller will arrange to collect the postage payment from you directly.

If an item is collection only, or you would like to collect an item (and this is available to do) our usual market venue The Royal Hotel Hayfield have kindly agreed I can set up a socially distanced ‘Collection Point’ outside in their beer garden, where I will be using PPE to prevent contact with anyone who wants to pick up their purchases for free, the weekend after the market (5th and 6th December, between 12.30 and 3.30pm).

Products will be packaged safely, delivered adhering to Covid-19 regulations, and then only be handled by me at the collection point using plastic gloves and a mask.

We are still hoping lockdown will have been lifted by the weekend after the market, but whichever state of restriction we are in, I will be doing everything I can to keep us all safe.
